Well, I'm back AGAIN!

Finally have a night I can work on this blog for you dear ones.

I'm going to try to finish this off tonight.

Our first stop today was the Pentagon.

Only a couple of Metro stops from our Alexandria start.

As you read the name at the end of the bench it tells you if the person was in the Pentagon or on the airplane on impact. If you're facing the Pentagon then that person lost their life on the ground. If you're facing the sky (away from the Pentagon) then that person was on the airplane.

This bench shows the name of the 4 year old (on the end of the bench) and her family members engraved in the silver piece in the water.

Next stop. Arlington Cemetery. Let the pictures do the talking...

I tried to capture the straight rows in multiple directions. Check it out.

You can see the Washington Monument in the distance.

Changing of the guard at the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery. Again, I took a video that I hope I'll be able to insert here...I'm pretty sure this will work, but I must warn you this video is a bit lengthy. I wanted to capture the whole thing...
